The cleanser is very effective at removing my cosmetics (including waterproof mascara) and it leaves my skin feeling lovely and soft. It also smells really good! I use the serum twice daily and have noticed that my skin feels softer, plumper and my fine lines have been reduced. I have sensitive skin and have found both products to be very gentle. I would definitely recommend both the cleanser and serum.
